We are looking for a strategic data-driven marketing expert to help us strengthen Railsware expertise in the business growth field on a global scale. You will develop and implement strategies for efficient customer acquisition, retention, and building a strong brand. You will live at the intersection of data analysis, content marketing and managing distribution channels to drive brand awareness, clientbase and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Test hypotheses about customer behavior to increase conversion rate
  • Proactively participate in defining go-to-market strategy and process
  • Build consistent content strategy across web, email, blog, case studies
  • Craft company and products messaging and positioning, test and optimize across target audiences
  • Develop strategies and programs to build trusted relationships with influencers (thought leaders, opinion makers, bloggers)
  • Identify, optimize and scale acquisition channels, that impact global lead generation, nurturing, conversion and retention
  • Grow and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels
  • Source and negotiate new acquisition partnerships, create a pool of vendors/contractors to be involved in various marketing initiatives
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact team of engineers, designers and marketers to develop and prioritize new strategies and growth programs
  • Help establish and document internal company processes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to utilize data-centric approach by using various analytical tools, processing user feedback and research results
  • A thorough understanding of key customer acquisition metrics and statistics
  • Experience in crafting go-to-market and acquisition strategies from scratch
  • Hands-on experience in growth hacking by running acquisition campaigns and increasing customer loyalty
  • Always on top of new tools and trends
  • Ability to test and enhance brand new acquisition channels
  • Experience with multiple ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords), SEO,content marketing, mobile marketing platforms
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of international startup and tech ecosystem
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills, creative problem-solving acumen
  • A proactive fast-learner
