Master your craft
Railswarians tend to excel in their craft and stay on the edge of the new technology, applying best practices, improving, and adapting to what fits the best. We learn a lot from the community, partners, clients, and own experiments and practices. This way, we build our mastery in all we do, implement highly effective solutions, create our approaches, and share our insights with internal and external communities. We never stop at just “good enough,” but always strive for “great” — and then some more :)
Experience flexibility
Establishing workplace flexibility helps us maintain life-work balance and stay fulfilled in life. Since the team members are located on 3 continents, we don’t have a fixed full-time remote schedule and are flexible in organizing our work. Railswarians are highly responsible and committed to bringing quality results. This is what enables us to give people as much flexibility and freedom as they need – whether for a project, working hours, or benefits packages.
