Your Responsibilities
- Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal
 - Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers
 - Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential clients
 - Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
 - Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date
 - Work closely with different teams - including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
 - Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process
 - Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
 
Your skills
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Account Management/Account Executive or Customer Support/Customer Success roles
 - Experience with leading live Demos
 - Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
 - Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
 - Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
 - Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
 - High attention to detail
 
Will be a plus
- Experience with CRM systems
 - Understanding of marketing tools and strategies
 - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
 - Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms
 - Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
 - Proficiency in Spanish
