Your Responsibilities
- Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless product experience
- Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
- Act as a trusted Account Manager, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
- Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
- Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date while maintaining a structured and efficient sales pipeline
- Improve processes and documentation, including onboarding materials, case studies, guides, and knowledge base updates
- Work closely with different teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
- Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting effective sales strategies
Your skills
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Support roles
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
- Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
- Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail
Will be a plus
- Experience with CRM systems
- Understanding of marketing tools and strategies
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Spanish
