Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless product experience
  • Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for existing clients
  • Act as a trusted Account Manager, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date while maintaining a structured and efficient sales pipeline
  • Improve processes and documentation, including onboarding materials, case studies, guides, and knowledge base updates
  • Work closely with different teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
  • Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting effective sales strategies

Your skills

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Support roles
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
  • Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
  • Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail

Will be a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Understanding of marketing tools and strategies
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Spanish
