Financial Controller (Poland)

We are now looking for an exceptional professional to make a significant contribution to running financial operations in our UAE and Polish entities. Ideally, you will be able to blend your own vision into Railsware’s way of doing finances and accounting.

As our perfect candidate, you can operate easily with Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, and Legal tasks. We need a flexible person willing to help us with diverse responsibilities.

We try to get rid of unnecessary bureaucracy. It’s important that our goal at Railsware is to automate and conceptualize 80% of our processes, so those become UNBORING! You can then enjoy seeing 100% super diligent results.

Your Responsibilities

  • You manage all of the accounting in Poland and the UAE
  • You build automation tools around finance and administration processes daily using Google Sheets and Data Blending approach
  • You ensure that local Railswarians’ documentation is done properly and on time. This includes preparing cooperation agreements, NDAs, bank references, and so on. Also, you manage contractors’ databases
  • You work directly with our CFO and CEO on different projects related to financial operations for local companies

  • You resolve Railswarians’ issues on different matters that relate to your scope of responsibilities

Your skills

  • 2+ years in accounting/finance/business intelligence field
  • Strong expertise in accounting (Must - in Poland, preferably - in UAE, as you will be working on it daily)
  • IT and systems expertise:
    • Google Sheets (Must - FILTER and ARRAYFORMULAs, data import between GSheets)
