Your skills
- Solid experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Understanding of SMM trends in Anglophone countries, primarily the United States
- Creative approach to experimenting with formats, visuals, and narratives that make content stand out
- Hands-on experience in video editing for different platforms
- AI tools proficiency for content creation, posting, and editing
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics
- Practical experience in using native platform functionalities for content publishing, editing, and optimization
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different audiences and platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences
Would be a plus
- Familiarity with email testing or email infrastructure tools
- Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and content creation
Your responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Optimize videos for different social media formats
- Creating and posting content across all Mailtrap social channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ideas, tone, and content direction
- Creating and editing AI-powered visuals, videos, and posts that resonate with the audience
- Experimenting with new tools and formats to make our content stand out
- Relevant and consistent commenting on social media
- Using AI, design, and video tools to create and edit engaging content across platforms
