We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join and grow one of Railsware’s products. You will drive product revenue, demand generation, and brand awareness, while working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.

Your skills

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling product messaging and positioning
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to build and motivate a high-performing team
  • Proactiveness and ownership of product marketing strategy
  • Proven experience in a product marketing role
  • Proven ability to build the marketing funnel and user journey
  • Expertise in customer development and knowledge of customer-centric frameworks
  • Experience in crafting design requirements for landing pages, marketing materials, and website assets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, technologies, and platforms to support marketing campaigns and analytics (f.e. GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Ability to work and manage multiple complex contexts

Your responsibilities

  • Product Messaging and Positioning: develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for products/services, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Customer Development: Define goals for the customer development process, including reaching out to users and conducting interviews. Structure the outcomes to inform the growth strategy
  • Sales Enablement: provide the sales team with product knowledge, training, and tools to effectively sell the company's offerings
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the company’s products
  • Go-to-Market Execution: collaborate with product management and sales teams to create effective go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases
  • Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive demand, and support sales efforts. Leverage various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, events, and social media, to effectively promote products
  • Product Launches: lead product launch activities, ensuring successful introductions and driving customer adoption
  • Team Leadership: build and manage a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
