Railsware is looking for an experienced Link Building & Outreach Specialist to increase our projects presence on the web. As a part of our Railsware Growth team, you will be responsible for planning and executing backlink acquisition and exploring new opportunities to raise SEO placements on organic search engine results pages.

Responsibilities

  • Execute backlink acquisition activities (outreach, guest posting, crowd-marketing) in accordance to overall SEO strategy
  • Research for relevant link building opportunities on a regular basis to increase our projects exposure on the web
  • Contact and collaborate with influencers, journalists, website owners/admins, bloggers
  • Work closely together with the Marketing & SEO team to execute a content strategy that is focused on external link acquisition
  • Proofreading content (grammar, spelling, clarity of meaning and ideas expressed)
  • Promote content on social channels and within niche online communities
  • Report on link building efficiency and results, support development of end-to-end analytics to provide team with data required to make critical decisions
  • Research and test new digital PR and link building tactics
  • Find new and manage existing subcontractors

Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced level of English is a MUST
  • 2+ years experience in link building, link acquisition and outreach
  • Proficient in Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Word
  • Top-level Internet research skills & ability to navigate social networks
  • Advanced skills in building long term relationships, networking and community involvement
  • Knowledge and genuine interest in best practices of SEO, especially as they relate to link building
  • Expert level attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
