We are seeking a motivated, experienced and tech-savvy Partner Manager to join our dynamic TitanApps team. TitanApps is a set of productivity tools designed by Railsware. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Atlassian and monday.com ecosystems to drive growth and enhance our market presence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives. A successful candidate has strong technical skills and previous experience in Presales or Customer Development.

Your skills

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a Partner Manager role in global markets (US, EU)
  • Profound experience in presales, establishment, and nurturing partnerships
  • Solid knowledge of various partner sales and development strategies
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques
  • Practical background in using Atlassian tools (Jira)
  • Good understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem and its community
  • Solid writing skills
  • Tech-savviness, with ability to dive into technical product functionality and specifics
  • Advanced communication and relationship management skills
  • Growth mindset and willingness to strive for a continuous improvement
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Proactiveness

Would be a plus

  • Previous experience as a Presales, Customer Success, or Technical Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners and establish lasting business relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue through established partnerships
  • Run demos and onboarding calls for enterprise clients and partners
  • Coordinate between TitanApps, our partners, and customers on the technical aspects of the product portfolio
  • Be the main point of contact for partners and enterprise clients, providing them with high-quality support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners
  • Manage and actively participate in product-related events and conferences
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop new partnerships through TitanApps promotion, co-marketing activities (articles, videos, podcasts)
  • Build deep, long-term relationships via knowledge-sharing sessions, onboarding on new products & services, and discount schemes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
