Full time
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join the Coupler.io team. If you have a solid background in B2B SaaS, are technically curious, enjoy working independently, and know how to turn strategy into action, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans. We value autonomy, ownership, and initiative — you’ll have the freedom to lead, make decisions, and real impact.
Your skills
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Technical savviness, experience working with technical products, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear benefits, as well as integrate workflows, APIs, and automation features into user value
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages, including structure, copy, calls to action (CTAs), social proof, and A/B testing, to enhance trial starts and encourage paid upgrades
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a track record of using metrics to inform strategy and drive decisions. Experience with product analytics and tools such as Looker Studio, Posthog, Amplitude, BI tools, and GA4, etc. is a significant plus
- Experience in creating go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with customer-insight methodologies (JTBD, interviews, surveys)
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture, develop long-term strategies, and execute tactical plans effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Would be a plus
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, ETL, and data-integration tools
- Familiarity with PLG motions, usage-based pricing, and community-led growth
- Proficiency with GTM
- Experience launching PPC Campaigns via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Your responsibilities
- Architect and run go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, pricing tiers, and geographies—defining target segments, value props, routes-to-market, launch OKRs, and post-launch learnings
- Own product positioning & messaging, distilling complex data-integration capabilities into clear, differentiating narratives for technical and business audiences
- Act as the key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and ensure seamless communication and alignment on product roadmaps, launch plans, and feedback from the market
- Lead the communication strategy—email drips, release notes, in-app announcements, webinars—centered on crisp, benefits-led storytelling
- Analyze the full product & marketing funnel, surface insights, and generate data-driven growth hypotheses to improve acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention
- Conduct regular customer development interviews and market research to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and buying journeys
- Present our product’s vision, features, and benefits to internal stakeholders, at industry events, and to key customers
