We’re looking for a B2B Social Media Growth Manager to join Coupler.io and drive real growth through social media — from strategy to execution.

Coupler.io is a data integration platform and AI analytics, allowing businesses to connect, manage, store, visualize, analyze, and activate data in one place. Social media is one of the key growth channels for us. You’ll lead our presence on LinkedIn and beyond — creating the narrative, testing ideas, and growing what works best.

What will you do

  • Own and grow the company's LinkedIn presence, from strategy to execution
  • Manage and grow personal profiles of our experts, ensuring consistent and effective content distribution
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality B2B content that reflects our brand, product, and business goals
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn pages to drive engagement, followers, and leads
  • Analyze content performance, test new formats, and adjust strategy based on insights
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
  • Assist with social media content collaboration with influencers, partners, etc.
  • Track trends, audience behavior, and competitors to keep social presence relevant and effective

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in social media and content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment or B2B marketing agencies
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel (strategy, content, analytics, optimization)
  • Experience working with English-speaking markets (EU, US, global)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong content writing skills (less AI, more human-like)
  • Analytical mindset and experience using metrics to optimize performance
  • High ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic design skills and tool proficiency
  • AI literacy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills

Would be a plus

  • Knowledge of X (Twitter) ins and outs, and the ability to grow it
