Your responsibilities

Create catchy, up-to-date graphics, and illustrations for blog articles, website pages, social media, emails, and more
Develop brand identity elements for Railsware products and services
Design new pages for the company's website and our products (Coupler.io, Titan Apps)
Transfer the new brand identity by refreshing existing pages with new brand elements
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve our goals
Write comprehensive guidelines for using marketing materials across the entire team
Discover, research, and incorporate new references into relevant design concepts

Your skills

Relevant experience in the field of graphic design and illustration creation
Ability to dive deep into a new subject and quickly learn new contexts
Solid understanding of composition, including typography, color, form, and ideation
Extensive experience preparing designs in Figma
Experience in web design, specifically creating marketing pages
Experience with identity and branding design, creation of brand guidelines
Experience and skills in photo retouching
Strong attention to detail
Consistent and result–oriented approach
Self-managed and proactive attitude
Creative mindset and customer focus
Great communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
